Genealogy

Hi:

I came across your web site while surf/searching on AltaVista. When I ran out
of collectibles searches I switched to an on-again/mostly off-again genealogic
search.

I'll state up front that I've devoted very little time to this and know even
less about the process. Nonetheless, I may have some info for you.

I went looking for "Fogelsong" and your site popped up. Fogelsong is a family
name on my father's side. His great grandfather was David Harvey Fogelsong
(5/26/1834 - 3/23/1910) of Ronceverte, West Virginia (in Greenbriar County near
White Sulphur Springs). When Fogelsong popped up on your site, I didn't think
there was a connection. Then I looked at your list of links. When I saw the
Gee references I thought there might be something more in the way of a family
connection. David Fogelsong and his wife, Nancy J. Patton, had 10 kids. The
oldest, Laura, married my dad's grandfather, Thomas Murray. One of the other
daughters, Ella married into the Gee family. I don't know the hsuband's name,
but I think it might have been Mark. They too lived in Ronceverte.

Do either of these references cross paths with your tree? If so, and if you
would like, I can supply a small bit more info on David's father and
grandfather.

Cordially,

Paul Murray

P.S. Sorry for the lack of a proper opening salutation. I wrote down your
address, but failed to note a first name.
