Hardesty Surname

Mr. Hardesty,

I saw a link to your homepage on Gwen Olivers homepage.

I am interested in the Hardesty surname as I have a number
of them in my lines.

Beginning with a Robert Hardesty b. abt 10/05/1774 and d. 6/7/1819
in Shelby County, OH (by lightning).

Some of the other Hardesty's:

Joseph, Samuel, James Hopkins, N.W., Nancy A., Robert, Ann E.,
Joseph, Edward, John Charles, Lillie M., Kate, Loran, Altay,
and probably a few more.

It seems most were living in Ohio (Shelby, Logan, Champaign Co's).
